Method
BLUEBERRY CHIA JELLY
- In a bowl add all of the ingredients listed under CHIA JELLY.
- Now mix together and mash the blueberries as much or as little as you'd like.
- Now cover and refrigerate overnight!
BLUEBERRY OATS
- In your bowl add 35 g of blueberries, your sweetener of choice, and the lemon juice ( optional ) and mash the berries to release all those juices!
- Now on top of your blueberries add the remaining ingredients in the OAT BASE and mix.
- Once combined, cover and refrigerate overnight!
TOPPING ( THE NEXT MORNING )
- In a bowl combine all TOPPING ingredients except for the graham cracker and mix!
ASSEMBLY
- 1. Spoon the chia jelly on top of your blueberry oats
- 2. Crush ½ of a graham cracker on top of the chia jelly
- 3. Add on your cinnamon vanilla topping and garnish with a few blueberries if you wanna spice up the aesthetics!
- And enjoy!
