Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups 2% milk (360 mL)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 14 g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 20 g oats (I used quick oats)
  • 30 mL sugar-free maple syrup (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
  • 16 g brown sugar substitute
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp butter extract
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into your Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.
  3. Once the mixture is frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and run it under hot water on all sides, including the bottom for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode.
  5. Respin 1-2 times until you reach your desired consistency.
  6. Add toppings if you'd like and enjoy!
