This Chai Apple Cider Protein Ice Cream blends chai tea, applesauce, and warm spices into a creamy, protein-packed fall treat. Made in the Ninja Creami with just a few spins.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 2% milk (240 mL)
  • ½ cup brewed chai tea (cooled) (120 mL)
  • 1 single-serve cup cinnamon applesauce (113 g)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (31 g)
  • 14 g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 tsp brown sugar substitute (8 g)
  • ¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice or apple pie spice
  • tsp salt

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.
  3. After freezing, run hot water over the pint (sides and bottom) for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode.
  5. Re-spin 1-2 times until smooth.
  6. Enjoy!
