Chocolate Vanilla Swirl with Cookie Crunch Protein Ice Cream

This Chocolate Vanilla Swirl Protein Ice Cream combines the best of both worlds—smooth chocolate, sweet vanilla, and a crunchy Oreo topping for that nostalgic ice cream truck vibe.

Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base
  • ¾ cup 2% milk (180 mL)
  • 15 g vanilla protein powder
  • 7 g sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • ½ tsp stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste
  • pinch of salt
Vanilla Base
  • ¾ cup 2% milk (180 mL)
  • 15 g vanilla protein powder
  • 7 g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste
  • pinch of salt
Topping
  • 1 oreo, creme removed (just the crackers)

Method
 

  1. Add all "Chocolate Base" ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour mixture into your Ninja Creami pint. Place in the freezer and let it freeze for 3-4 hours.
  3. Now blend together your "Vanilla Base" ingredients.
    (If making ahead of time, store the vanilla mixture in the refrigerator until your chocolate base is ready.)
  4. After freezing the Chocolate Base, pour the Vanilla Base over top and place back in the freezer for 24 hours.
  5. Once frozen, remove your pint from the freezer. Run the outside of the pint under hot water for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode.
  7. Respin 1-2 times until you reach your desired consistency.
  8. Take one Oreo, remove the creme, and crumble the two cookie pieces over your ice cream.
  9. Enjoy!
