Add all of the Ice Cream Base ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.
Take the pint out of the freezer and run it under hot water for 1-2 minutes (all sides, including the bottom).
Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode.
Respin 1-2 times until smooth and creamy.
Once smooth, create a well in the center of the pint (if one didn’t already form while spinning). Add half (14g) of your tostones into the center. Spin on Mix-In mode.
Take your remaining 14g of Tostones Chips and toss them with 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp brown sugar substitute.
Add the cinnamon-sugar tostones on top of your ice cream and enjoy!
