Ingredients
  

  • 70 g frozen blueberries ( I like to use wild blueberries )
  • 60 g milk of choice
  • 56 g fat-free cottage cheese
  • 7 g sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 15 g sugar-free maple syrup
  • ½ graham cracker

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen blueberries to a bowl.
  2. Pour over your milk of choice.
  3. Spoon a layer of fat-free cottage cheese over the blueberries.
  4. Sprinkle the dry cheesecake pudding mix evenly over the cottage cheese.
  5. Drizzle with sugar-free maple syrup.
  6. Crumble half of a graham cracker on top and enjoy!
