Ingredients

Oat Base
  • 40 grams quick oats (or your preferred variety of oats)
  • 42 grams nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 4 grams sugar free vanilla JELLO mix
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 oz hot water or milk of choice
  • vanilla bean paste or extract (measure with your heart)
  • sweetener of choice (I used stevia)
  • pinch of salt
Topping
  • 85 grams nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 gram sugar free vanilla JELLO mix
  • tiny bit of sugar free raspberry JELLO mix (a little goes a long way)
  • sweetener of choice
  • 2-3 raspberries
  • sweetener of choice

Method

Oats
  1. Add your OAT BASE to a bowl, mix and microwave for 30 seconds!
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 2 hours minimum.
Topping
  1. In a bowl, combine nonfat plain greek yogurt, sugar free raspberry and sugar free vanilla JELLO mix, and your sweetener of choice.
  2. Add your "frosting" to the top of your oats.
Pro tip: make a heart-shaped well in your frosting.
  3. Mash raspberries with a little sweetener. Spoon mashed raspberries into your heart-shaped well.
  4. Let your camera eat first, then enjoy!
