Key Lime Pie Ice Cream Sandwich

Key Lime Filling
- 85 g non fat plain greek yogurt
- 9 g lite cool whip
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder ( should be equivalent to a half serving of your protein powder )
- 2 g sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- juice of ½ a lime
- sweetener of choice
- vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients in the KEY LIME FILLING
Now, lay one graham cracker sheet on a piece of parchment paper and add your filling to it.
Then add your remaining graham cracker sheet on top, creating your ice cream sandwich!
Lastly, wrap your ice cream sandwich in the parchment and place in the freezer for at least for 4 hours.
