Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 1 ½ cups 2% milk (360 mL)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (31 g)
  • 14 g sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup (30 mL)
  • 4 tsp brown sugar substitute (16 g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp allspice
  • ¾ tsp ginger
  • tsp ground clove
  • tsp salt
Mix-Ins & Toppings
  • 3 Oreos with the creme scraped out (6 total cookie pieces)
  • 3 gingerbread men or gingerbread marshmallows
Optional:
  • 3 candles (for peak Krampus aesthetic)

Method
 

  1. Add all "Ice Cream Base" ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint and freeze on a level surface for 24 hours.
  3. Remove from the freezer, rinse the pint under hot water for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode.
  5. Respin 1-2 times until creamy.
  6. Create a well in the center and add 4 of the Oreo cookie halves. Spin on Mix-In mode.
  7. Crush the remaining 2 Oreo cookie pieces over the top. Then add 3 gingerbread men as the final decoration.
  8. Optional: Stick one candle between each gingerbread man for the full Krampus fantasy and enjoy!
