London Fog Protein Ice Cream

Creamy London Fog Protein Ice Cream made with Earl Grey tea, vanilla, and protein powder. A high-protein treat that tastes just like the classic latte!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 2% milk (240 mL)
  • ¾ cup Earl Grey tea (6 oz / 177 mL)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (31 g)
  • 14 g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tsp stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Start by brewing your Earl Grey tea and allowing it to cool.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.
  4. After freezing, remove the pint from the freezer and run it under hot water for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode.
  6. Re-spin 1-2 times until smooth and creamy.
  7. Add toppings if you'd like and enjoy!
