Mango Colada Protein Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 1 cup 2% milk (240 mL)
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk (120 mL)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (31 g)
  • 14 g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple (70 g)
  • ½ cup frozen mango (70 g)
  • 1 tsp stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste
  • pinch of salt
Toppings
  • 3 g unsweetened shredded coconut
  • sugar-free whipped cream
  • 1 maraschino cherry

Method
 

  1. Add all "Ice Cream Base" ingredients to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze on a flat surface for 24 hours.
  3. Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer. Run it under hot water for 1 to 2 minutes on all sides and the bottom. 
  4. Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode.
  5. Respin 1-2 times until you reach your desired consistency.
  6. Top it off with your shredded coconut, a dollop of sugar-free whipped cream, and a cherry.
  7. And enjoy!
