Method
- Add all "Ice Cream Base" ingredients to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze on a flat surface for 24 hours.
- Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer. Run it under hot water for 1 to 2 minutes on all sides and the bottom.
- Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode.
- Respin 1-2 times until you reach your desired consistency.
- Top it off with your shredded coconut, a dollop of sugar-free whipped cream, and a cherry.
- And enjoy!
