Matcha Cookies & Cream Protein Ice Cream

A smooth, high-protein matcha ice cream base blended with vanilla, then mixed with crunchy Oreo cookie pieces for the perfect balance of earthy and sweet. Made in the Ninja Creami for a creamy, guilt-free treat!

Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 1 ½ cups 2% milk (360 mL)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (31g)
  • 14 g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • pinch of salt
Mix-Ins
  • 3 oreos, creme removed

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the "Ice Cream Base" Ingredients. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint and freeze on a level surface for 24 hours.
  3. Take the pint out of the freezer. Run it under hot water for 1-2 minutes on all sides.
  4. Spin on Light Ice Cream mode.
  5. Respin 1-2 times until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
  6. If there isn’t already a hole in the center of the ice cream, use a spoon to create a well.
  7. Add 4 Oreo cookie halves into the well. Spin again on Mix-In mode.
  8. Crumble the remaining 2 Oreo cookie halves on top and enjoy!
