In a blender, combine milk, cottage cheese, protein powder, pudding mix, vanilla, sweetener, and salt. Blend until completely smooth.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint and freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
After freezing, remove the pint from the freezer and run under hot water for 1–2 minutes.
Respin 1–2 more times until smooth.
Scrape the creme out of the 3 Oreos (if you haven’t already). Create a well in the center of your ice cream, add them in (saving one for a topping if you want), and spin on Mix-In mode.
If you saved one Oreo, crush it on top and enjoy!
