Pumpkin Cookie Butter Cold Brew

Made with cold brew (or espresso), a creamy pumpkin mixture, and sugar-free Belgian cookie syrup, it's the perfect way to satisfy your pumpkin spice cravings without the guilt and with a boost of protein!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 oz Torani Sugar Free Belgian Cookie Speculoos Syrup
  • sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup cold brew

Method
 

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients except for the cold brew and blend until smooth. ( Don't forget to sweeten to taste. )
  2. Fill your glass with ice and pour in your cold brew.
  3. Top it off with your blended protein pumpkin foam. Stir it in if you prefer a creamier coffee, or leave it layered for that cute coffee shop aesthetic.
