  • 15 g vanilla protein powder
  • 14 g sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Method

Cup Decoration
  1. In the glass you're using, mix 1 teaspoon (5g) of red velvet cake mix with 1 teaspoon of water until smooth.
  2.  Using the back of a spoon, spread the mixture around the inside of your glass.
  3. Place the glass in the freezer while you continue with the rest of the recipe.
Red Velvet Cake Mix-In
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 30g of red velvet cake mix with 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of water. Mix until smooth.
  2. Microwave the mixture for 30–45 seconds, checking at the 30-second mark to avoid overcooking.
  3. Once it’s cooked, pop the bowl in the freezer to cool while you move on to the shake.
Cheesecake Shake
  1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, sugar-free cheesecake mix, vanilla extract, stevia, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Grab your decorated glass from the freezer and pour the blended shake into it.
  3. Take the cooled red velvet cake, crumble it and add it into the shake, stirring gently to distribute the cake bits throughout. (Pro tip: Reserve a few crumbles for topping!)
  4. Optional: Top the shake with sugar-free whipped cream, a graham cracker, and the reserved cake crumbles.
  5. Enjoy!
