Salted Preztel Protein Ice Cream

This salted pretzel protein ice cream blends creamy vanilla with crunchy pretzels for a sweet and salty treat inspired by soft mall pretzels. Perfectly customizable and ready to satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 1 ½ cups 2% milk (360 mL)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (31 g)
  • 14 g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 15 g pretzels (mini pretzels, sticks, etc.)
  • ¼ tsp butter extract
  • 1 tsp stevia or sweetener of choice, to taste
  • ¼ tsp salt
Mix-In
  • 15 g pretzels (mini pretzels, sticks, etc.)

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients listed under "Ice Cream Base" to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour your blended mixture into your Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.
  3. Run the pint under hot water for 1–2 minutes on all sides, including the bottom.
  4. Spin the pint on Lite Ice Cream mode.
  5. Respin 1-2 times until your desired consistency is reached.
  6. If there isn’t already a well in the middle of your ice cream, create one. Add 15 g of salted pretzel to the well (Reserving a few pretzels for topping, if you like.) and spin on the Mix-In setting.
  7. Top with the reserved pretzels for a little extra crunch, and enjoy!
