Add all ingredients listed under "Ice Cream Base" to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Pour your blended mixture into your Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.
Run the pint under hot water for 1–2 minutes on all sides, including the bottom.
Spin the pint on Lite Ice Cream mode.
Respin 1-2 times until your desired consistency is reached.
If there isn’t already a well in the middle of your ice cream, create one. Add 15 g of salted pretzel to the well (Reserving a few pretzels for topping, if you like.) and spin on the Mix-In setting.
Top with the reserved pretzels for a little extra crunch, and enjoy!
