OATS
- 40 g oats ( I like quick oats )
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder ( should be equivalent to a half scoop of protein powder )
- 3 g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 42 g non-fat plain greek yogurt
- ½ cup brewed earl grey tea
- 1 tsp vanilla extract ( optional )
- sweetener of choice ( stevia, honey, maple syrup, etc. )
- pinch of salt
"FOG" TOPPING
- 85 g non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 3 g sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp honey
OATS
To a bowl, add all ingredients listed under OATS and mix.
Once combined, set aside.
"FOG" TOPPING
In a jar or bowl, add all ingredients listed under "FOG" TOPPING and mix.
Once combined, spoon the topping around the inside of your jar or bowl to create a 'fog effect'.
Then pour in your oats, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, simply uncover and enjoy!
